Chainsaw protection to EN381-5, Class 1, Design A,1 hip pocket, 2 sidepockets, 1 pocket for folding rule. Extremely robust, long lasting, tried and tested by forest workers over the years - STIHL's STANDARD clothing also has outstanding breathing properties. Dirt and water resistant, the outer material additionally provides good thermal insulation: original Beaver mixed fabric comprising 67% polyester and 33% cotton. Fabric weight 240 g/m2.

STIHL protective chainsaw trousers provide protection against cuts to the legs based on an intelligent principle: when the chain cuts through the first of several layers of fabric, bundles of long high-strength special fibre are pulled out and block the sprocket, bringing the chain to a standstill and considerably reducing the risk of injury.
