KM 55 - Light 0.75kW CombiEngine with bike handle

When used in conjunction with a harness, the bike handle enables a smooth mowing action. Ideal for working on large areas and allows the machine to be easily guided, thus reducing fatigue.

This houses all the engine controls. Easy, comfortable thumb-operated control means the operator's hand never leaves the handle.

The quick-release coupling allows the CombiSystem to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage – and then re-assembled quickly without tools.

Using a STIHL shoulder strap or carrying harness with soft padding makes work more comfortable, particularly during lengthy jobs.

With split shaft and special no-tools quick-release coupling the CombiSystem is highly versatile, easily transported and easy to store.

STIHL ElastoStart reduces the shock caused by the compression of the engine during starting. The compression shock is taken away from the users joints and muscles through a spring or rubber element in the starter handle.
