The STIHL 4-MIX engine is the first four stroke engine which works on a mixture of petrol and oil. It combines the advantages of four-stroke and two-stroke engines in one. With higher torque and up to 80% less emissions and a deeper more pleasant sound. Invaluable for mowing tough grass, scrub or clearing vegetation. A four point anti-vibration system and fully adjustable bike handle ensure maximum operator comfort.

Anti-vibration system:

Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to longer-term effects of blood vessels in the hands and arms. STIHL have therefore developed an effective anti-vibration system where by the oscillations from the machines engine are dampened by rubber buffers.
